Our design and development teams think about the end-of-life of our products right from the garment creation process, to ensure a low environmental impact end-of-life plan. Imagining what the product will become at the end of its life, not just what it will look like when sold. This is the philosophy behind every product we create.
The most eco-responsible products are those that last as long as possible.

REPAIR

Our ambition is to make our products last as long as possible, for you and for the planet.
A hole, a damaged seam or a loose cord?
If a product is damaged but repairable, we are committed to restoring it to extend its life. To offer you the best possible service, we have partnered with Tilli Paris, a network of nearly 600 expert craftsmen, to set up a complete repair process for all our products. In a world of finite material resources, their endless creativity will give your products a second life.


RECYCLING

Right from the design stage, each product meets strict specifications to enable it to be disassembled and recycled.
As recycling is an energy-intensive process, it is only a final solution if the garment cannot be repaired or upcycled. Each product is tested for recyclability. If the material has not lost its strength and performance, our partner converts it into yarn for the manufacture of new fabrics. If, on the other hand, the material cannot be reused, new objects or accessories will be made. Find out more about the recycling process and the Back To The Future program in our Impact Report.

1. CREATING A CIRCLE ACCOUNT

To make your repair request, regardless of where you purchased the product, you must have a Circlesportswear account.
If you don't have one, you can create one by following this link.
For all products purchased on our site, please use the email address you used to place your order.


2. FILL IN THE FORM

Once this first step has been completed, you can submit your repair request.
Simply fill in the form below.
Please describe your problem in as much detail as possible, so that we can provide you with the best possible support.
Once you've submitted the form, we'll get back to you within 48 working hours.


3. PENDING VALIDATION

Your repair request has been registered. You will receive a reply by email within 72 working hours.
If it is validated, our partner Tilli will contact you by email.
You will then receive the return instructions.
If it is refused, we will contact you by email.


4. YOUR REPAIR IS IN PROGRESS

The craftsman in charge of your repair will contact you directly to confirm the intervention. This will take place within 3 to 7 working days. You will then receive a copy of the invoice by post.

How long does it take to repair a product?

Repairs are carried out within 3 to 7 working days, from the date of receipt of your product in our workshops.
Once the repair has been carried out, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.

The whole procedure therefore takes an average of 10-15 days. 

What do I do if I have a problem with my customer area?

How are products repaired? 

Products are repaired by our partner Tilli.
Local, French, expert craftsmen repair your product.
They will contact you to confirm the work.

Will the repair be visible?

Our experts will contact you to validate the intervention. So if the repair requires the addition of a patch, you can discuss your expectations with the craftsman.

Where is the Tilli repair service available?

The Tilli service is available throughout France by parcel delivery.
