COLLECTIVE

Circle is a collective of enthusiasts, an ecosystem of experts who share the desire to surpass themselves to innovate even more. The collective is the Circle team, our partners, our ambassadors and athletes. It is together that we test the performance and technicality of each product and it is together that we succeed in finding solutions to get around the obstacles.


WELL-BEING

Circle offers its employees an agile work environment adapted to each person's performance and life. We are convinced that the success of the company depends on the development of its teams and we therefore make it a point of honor to offer them a pleasant and stimulating environment. It is in the heart of La Caserne, in Paris, where we operate in a creative and pioneering environment in sustainable fashion. Running is a shared or emerging passion for every Circle employee. We seek to promote well-being and sport and we regularly share racing weekends to live our common passion and meet our community.


TRANSPARENCY

We apply the same transparency with our customers as internally on the evolution of our projects. With our customers, we share our developments and future projects and share all manufacturing information to allow everyone to understand the number of stakeholders to develop and manufacture our products. Internally, we ensure that we adopt a management and internal communication method that is as transparent as possible. We do not have a traditional view of hierarchy and all voices are heard when it comes to making a key decision. Information must flow freely to enable the team to function properly and ensure fluid communication.


MOVEMENT

At Circle, sports practice is at the heart of our values. We offer and encourage each employee to practice and attend running classes accessible free of charge every week in our premises as well as advantageous rates to register for numerous sports classes in Paris.

Because our values are strong and our environmental and social objectives ambitious, we are continually seeking excellence. We ensure that we always guide our choices in order to honor our commitments, in terms of quality, material sourcing and even strategy. For our part, we are committed to remunerating our partners at the right price, that is to say the price which allows employees to earn a decent living, which ensures the sustainability of the company and which guarantees a fair redistribution of capital. This price must correspond to the level of quality that we demand and it must allow partners to develop over the long term with us.

We require our partners to comply with our Code of Ethics. The latter takes up the main principles of workers' rights and is based on fundamental European laws. Furthermore, our strong attention to the traceability of our products requires us to know all of our partners well. We meet our manufacturing partners to find out directly about the working conditions. In addition, as our partners are located in Europe, they must all respect European fundamental rights. This is particularly why we want to keep our partners close to us so that they are governed by these laws. Finally, Circle teams must respect the integrity of partners and communicate with them with respect and kindness.

We have developed with all our partners a method of communication based on honesty and transparency. We take an equal stance and reason with them as extensions of the brand. We always keep them informed of important progress at Circle: new recruitments, fundraising, important decision-making choices and developments in our CSR policy. THE TRANSITION IS UNDERWAY

In collaboration with numerous race organizers such as the organizing committee of the Tours Marathon and the 10 KM Paris Tour Eiffel, we are proud to lead an initiative aimed at raising awareness and engaging all stakeholders in the world of sport in a more responsible era. We now offer runners the opportunity to opt for a durable and eco-responsible t-shirt, made in Europe from 100% recycled plastic bottles. This responsible alternative aims to replace the traditional t-shirts given to participants upon arrival, which are generally produced abroad from petroleum-based materials, are not recyclable, and often end up quickly abandoned or relegated to the bottom of the bin. our closets.


A RESPONSIBLE ALTERNATIVE

  • These are 3,555 kg CO2 saved or the equivalent of 16,337 km traveled with a standard car
  • This is 7,850 liters of water saved or the equivalent of 130 showers (with an average of 60L per shower)
  • These are 37,500 recycled bottles or the equivalent of the total surface of a standard soccer field
